Step 3: Navigate the Tier Ladder
Inside the VIP Portal you will see a vertical ladder on the left side. It shows four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum. Each tier has a progress bar beneath it. Your current tier is highlighted. Click on the next tier above yours. A pop-up window appears listing the requirements: minimum deposit amount, number of active bets, and loyalty points needed.
Example: To move from Silver to Gold, you need a total deposit of $5,000, 200 active bets in the last 30 days, and 10,000 loyalty points.
Step 4: Deposit Funds Correctly
